At IGNITE, we deeply believe in the benefits of motivation and inspiration for organisations and people. In our opinion, this makes employees happier and more creative which in turn allows for more creativity and increased productivity within organisation. The upcoming event aims to highlight patterns and to bring up concrete ways to implement such approaches. The topic of this year’s IGNITE Conference is “value creation through employees’ motivation”.
Several guests are invited to share their knowledge in general sessions, keynotes, a start-up panel discussion, and workshops. In these settings you will not only learn about employees’ motivation but also be able to exchange and network with our guests and other students. Don’t miss the chance to meet CEOs, founders, general managers, chiefs of staff, HSG Alumni and many more to discuss the future of business. The program of the day is to start with a general session with Sophie Wade, founder and CEO of Flexcel Network LLC, introducing the topic. Then, four different workshops will deepen certain aspects. After the lunch break, a start-up panel will evaluate how the topic affects the most innovative and dynamic form of company and it will be time again to choose one of three workshops. The event will be closed by a general session of Christopher Tighe, general manager at Cisco Switzerland, and of course an apero. The IGNITE Conference 2022 aims to discuss and navigate the future. As future leaders of the economy, reflecting and discussing about company culture means creating the way we will work tomorrow.
